Functional Warm-up -  Min.

Jog In-place - 15 sec.

High Knees - 15 sec.

Butt Kicks - 15 sec. 

High Hand-to-Toe Kicks - 5 reps each

Shoulder Circles Forward/Back - 5 reps each

Walking Lunges - 5 reps each leg

Side-to-Side Under Hurdle Squats - 3 reps each Bear Crawl Front/Back - 5 reps

Jumping Jacks - 25 reps

Phase 1:

*5 Reps Each Exercise x (repeat) 3 Times

Burpees

Squats

Pushups

Jumping Jacks

Phase 2:

*10 Repetitions Each Exercise x (repeat) 3 Times

Front Alternating Lunge
