What is Kid At Heart?
At Kid At Heart, well-being is at the forefront of what we’re working together towards. Our programs and activities are designed to be a catalyst that helps students of all backgrounds learn how to create and reach goals and fulfill their true potential.
Kid At Heart is about getting back to being just that (Kid At Heart) and empowering youth to think and play freely. Even as adults we too, need to take a deep breath, close our eyes, go outside and high five our own Kid At Heart...
We are all committed coaches and mentors ensuring each and every student knows "They Can" accomplish anything in life.

At Kid At Heart, we are everyday people who are committed to making a difference within our community starting with our youth. Our backgrounds come from a wide array of careers, but with the same mentorship passion to help our youth live healthier and happier lives.
Kid At heart is here to provide extraordinary experiences following the Spartan Fit Pillars of endurance, strength, athleticism, recovery, nutrition, mind and code.
The curriculum is focused on critical thinking, fitness, team work and then getting some dirt on our knees. Students will grow internally to be better people today and in the future and be confident to conquer obstacles that are in their way.
Our goal is to make an impact on every student to help them live more positive, healthy and engaged lives.
Kid At Heart has a true passion for changing and shaping lives. We make this happen by integrating an in-depth critical thinking curriculum side-by-side with physical fitness and mental challenges. Students are able to learn how to overcome obstacles and will learn new active mobility movements to help them in their fitness growth.
Who knew running trails, climbing trees, bear crawls, climbing ropes, hauling sand bags, exercising and overcoming obstacles would be this fun...
